Will anyone be requiring apartment at the start of Jan 2007? I'm currently staying in Grand Promenade (Near Sai Wan Ho MTR) but have to break my lease since my work contract had been terminated. Had more or less negotiated with the landlord that we will have to stay till he find a new tenant.

The size of the apartment is 600+ square feet with 2 bedrooms. Furnished with a L-shaped Sofa, TV Cabinet, TV, Shoe Rack, Dining Table w 4 Chairs. Both bedrooms have built in bed and wardrobes. Kitchen have built in cabinets, washer-dryer and refrigerator w freezer. Have some sea view in the living room and 2 bedrooms.
Rental is approximately HK$15,800
