Dependant Application form

In the application form it says:

Present Address

Permanent Address (if different from above)

If you intend to apply for dependency while in Hong Kong, should the Present Address be the Hong Kong Address, while the Permanent Address be the Overseas Address?

I'm scared if I put Hong Kong referring to my permanent address, it will raise alarms.

What are you supposed to do to minimise trouble?
