Is there anyone who is taking CFA level I in 06/2007, and wanna share studying materials or forming studying group?

am thinking about it-
was wondering where i can buy foundation books like Financial Accounting by Needles and Powers, Economics: Private and Public Choice by Gwartney, Stroup and Sobel
I still need to register and get my study material- once that is in place I would be interested in forming a study group.
Are you taking any training classes such as FTC Kaplan etc.
