Where to find Indian packed (ready-to-eat) food?

Greetings,

Does anybody know where I can find that Indian ready-made and ready-to-eat food? I am talking about MTR, and the like:

If you don't know what MTR is, probably you don't know what I am talking about.

Thank you.

Masala is the only place i avoid in SW..
Have been there twice ... 'after experience' was not quite good
No other Indian food joints do that to me

And MTR is available in most Nepali Provision stores (besides Chunghing or Chungking)
