Some of the most frequently asked questions include

1) Where did my thread go?
2) Why did my thread get deleted?

Given the number of volunteer moderators we have on the system, this is sometimes difficult for me to answer, specially when there is some amount of collateral damage that happens during mass spam attempts.

To fix this issue, we've now implemented an automated system.

A reason will be assigned to EVERY thread deletion / move / edit and the users affected by the change will get a Private message explaining why this has happened.

Great move. But I'm curious, when someone gets banned do they get an email explaining why and if so can you name and shame them at the end of the thread?
