i think they only sell bikes and some extra equipment in tuen mun.
you could try wan chai

the place in tuen mun is good for buying bikes... for gear go to flying ball in cheung sha wan (478 castle peak rd). from tuen mun area take the 52x bus, get out at the cheung sha wan post office stop and walk up to castle peak rd. we got really good mtb shoes in the sport shops close to ladies market in mong kok...

The Tuen Mun place carries Intense. As does a store in Mong Kok (but I can't remember the name of it). If you google "Shun Lee Bikes" you can find their number.

Flying Ball carries the widest selection of shoes and shorts. They have a website (again, google for directions). The Wan Chai place has a dodgy reputation for service, but they should be okay for accessories that require no post-sales support. They carry Sidis and Shimano shoes. Their shorts selection is a bit limited.

There is a bike store in Tin Shui Wai that sells Intense. They have lots of stock and the owner, Tony, is very friendly and answers all questions you might have. Here's the website, ??????.
