| Tai Hang is a quiet and upmarket - plenty of expats. Don't know what dog-friendly means, but you could certainly walk about with less pollution and crowds than most other areas on the island.
Transport is primarily geared towards causeway bay (minibuses) - from there you can go anywhere. A couple of buses to Central, but it takes quite a while through all the traffic below. There is a supermarket on Tai Hang Road, but I haven't seen much else in the area in terms of laundry / eating places etc. Plenty of taxis except at morning rush hours.
I think you need to access Causeway Bay/ Happy Valley for most of your day to day necessities. I don't live there, but been there a few times to visit others. If someone lives there, maybe they can give you a better feel.. |
