Hi Jennifer!

Use the HSBC phone banking system to pay your bills, it's very convenient.
I m not exactly sure how the ATM Bill Pay works though.

I had used PPS for years before online banking made it more convenient for me. PPS is now available on the internet too as their website shows but the best thing about the phone service is that you don't need to carry around a dongle and that you can use it from anywhere in the world.

Think 7-11 takes PCCW bills, saw someone paying before and if they do PCCW, they'll do Navigator as well

Several ways to pay this bill:

1/ Cash - In person.
You can pay the PCCW bill via cash at either 7-11 or the Post Office (e.g. Central Post Office, Causeway Bay Post Office).

2/ ATM
You need to find an ATM that is labelled "bill payment service". Regular ATM won't do.

3/ PPS by internet or by phone
See the link from Talldude.

4/ Credit card
Need to register for this one. Just call PCCW and ask for the form to be sent to you.

5/ Autopay
Talk to your bank about Autopay.
