My family are coming to hong kong for a week. Where is the best place they can stay that is convenient to access all the attractions.. they just want something simple

You can try Ibis Hotel, in North point. Its near ferry Pier. MTR station is also there, and also the bus stand.

One of the Novotels in Town (I think the one in Kennedy town!) is also value for money... best rates for both Ibis and Novotel online on accor.com.
