my wife, her frens and tonnes of other frens have always commented that having a baby stroller is one of the most troublesome thing to do in hk. most areas the expats stay on hk island is not stroller frenly. u can stay in DB or PI etc, those i am not sure, but again if you are pregnant i think u'd prefer a place where yr hubby can take a taxi back in short notice any tiem of the day.
