I've seen buses at Wanchai Ferry to SZ. Not sure if they go to the airport, but they look frequent.

They only run all the way to the road border at Lok Ma Chau/Huanggang. The cost is about $60.

There is a service and probably the company is called Transl-island.
They have service from Mongkok (Prince Edward) and from Wanchai (location unknown to me).
Cost from Mongkok is HK$90 and from Wanchai is HK$100.
It's ok and it takes around 2 and half hours.
