Hi, the other day I saw an advert which targets 2nd hand smoke.

I wonder if someone can help me and tell me what department has issued it. I can't find it and I would like to watch it again. It is the one that goes "new dress, 2nd hand dress", new air 2nd hand smoke. That is all I can remember. What else does the advert show?

The advert particularly pissed me off because the connotations of "2nd hand" being a bad thing does not apply to most things.

anyways, the ad actually meant quite the opposite. what they were trying to say was that there's no difference between first hand and second hand.
