Hello,
I am a newcomer from France, and gonna live in HK one year. My office is in TST and for the moment I am living in TST ( kimberley 26, quite noisy!!) . I have heard about quite place like Laguna verde in Hung Hom. Is there any expat there??? Any advice?

There are expats everywhere.

My advice for one year Hong Kong? Live somewhere in the city and forget about the noise. You have noise everywhere. In Sai Kung (clean and green) it's the dogs that wake you up at 3am if you happen to sleep with open windows.

Theres not a single sound in Hung Hom and even less in the area of Laguna Verde...I've overslept many times!

I live in Laguna Verde and it's full of Japanese, Koreans, Australians and NZs.
It's a very quite area with some fab restaurants and a very convenient ferry to Central.

i am not living in Laguna verde. But I am an expat in Hung Hom

i live in harbourview horizon (in hung hom bay, near peninsula apartments) and they were doing special offers for 6 months for HKD 9,990 p/month

it is pretty quiet here, with shuttle to hung hom train station and tst mtr.

also there are many expats here.. uk, us, korean, japanese, mainlanders... v international
