Expat job?

How does one go about finding an "Expat style package" job opportunity, if they have already moved out here for a job.

For example....if I work here now, but want to find a new job with similar expat benefits...how would i find this said job?

I believe that they are employers that are always looking for foreigners to join their company. But most of the time, foreigners are on local package, or are paid slightly higher than the local package. If you're looking for a fat housing allowance, a car and driver and the works, I would think that it'll be hard to get something like that. You do need to be headhunted for such positions as they would be paying heaps and heaps. In a way, the days of having fat expat packages are somewhat gone.

Agreed. The vast majority of people on those flashy packages are internal international transfers by big (mainly finance industry) multinationals.

Or ESF teachers.

Just found out that ESF teachers are not paid that well. I remember someone telling me that his company paid for his housing and his rent was about 60K. I was a tad shocked....He told me that he had an internal transfer and therefore the company was willing to pay that amount of rent for him and his family. Plus, they paid for his 3 kids to go to Hong Kong Singapore International School.

Well, to be honest, I don't really know what kind of package do I have. I've a salary, which i think is on the same scale with the locals. But I get special allowance, which is basically for rent and living expenses. The organisation pays for my airfares as well and covers some of my medical insurance, which is not much.

I get a salary and a bonus based on objectives, and that's it. For tax-minimisation purposes some of my salary in defined as "housing allowance".
