Take Metro Line 2 to the Longyang Lu station and then take the Maglev. In 15 minutes you should be there.

Fastest I've cut it is in 35 minutes - crazy Shanghainese driver cutting everyone up. I must've paid him around 150 Yuan to break the speed limits to get me there on time for my flight. Generally it shouldn't cost more than 90 Yuan in day light.
