Just wondering if anyone else has reception problems with "3". I recently changed both my plan and my wifes over to what I thought to be a good deal and we cannot get reception at home or anywhere nearby for that matter so cannot send or receive calls, sms etc. I live on South Lantau and according to the coverage map on their site and also the salesman, I should not have had a problem? How does 3 dualband work in other areas of Hong Kong?

I'm not sure if this is true but my staff told me you can call your privider to ask for services to be added to certain areas. I tend to believe because he helped with our office mobiles that were not working in an important area for us. Took a week of complaining but we got service.
