there might be some indian restaurants in TST who would probably love to experiment things like manchurian , etc etc.You could try your luck, but there are no exclusive indo-chinese restaurants in hk.

typicall bombay chinese -- Chinese bhel .. dont think they have that ..

but thats all veggie stuff. They have the manchurian stuff, but does not come close to the indo-chinese like the ones in india.

What is the name of the indian fish 'soormai' in chineese, went to the wet market did'nt know the fish there as they were all written in chineese, does anybody know what the indian fishes are called here in chineese ?

For manchurian, go to Zayaka...... Its on Carnavon Road, just next building to Maharajas, 2nd floor.

I could be wrong, but I don't think Indian Chinese places could survive for long in HK. Toronto has a few, thanks to immigrant community from Calcutta's Chinatown.Taipei also has immigrants from there (seen none in HK though) but no restaurants in that style that I know of.

Having said that, you don't need a Chinese chef to cook it, the way it has been commoditized in every nook and cranny of urban India (fry it with green chillies and voila it gets dubbed 'Sichuan', sigh!). Once even saw a ramshackle shack in an isolated but highly picturesque spot in Kulu Valley with the scrawled sign "Chai-naise Cuisine" (cuisine, right).

BTW, babs, what's with the double 'e' obsession?
