Anyone feel like working out together?

I workout at Fitness First every weekday in the late-ish morning, somewhere around 10am to 12noon-ish, 7 weeks out of 8. I just finished my week off, so back into it tomorrow for 7 weeks in a row.

I'm getting a bit bored of working out alone, so if anyone wants to join me sometime and maybe have a coffee after just reply or PM me. I usually do weights + 30 min treadmill on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and 50 minutes cardio on Tuesday, Thursday.

I usually go to Sheung Wan, but just for variety I sometimes jump on the MTR and go to Quarry Bay (definitely the nicest), North Point or even sometimes Gateway in TST. I don't like any of the three Fitness First so-called "Plus" places: Exchange Square, Excelsior and that one in that hotel in TST (can't remember the name of the hotel).

Anyone's welcome: male, female, young, "not so young", expat, HK local, fit, unfit - I don't particularly care.

Good for you. Most people in HK work around that time from 8am-ish till 8pm-ish

And some people work late shifts, e.g. bar/restaurant staff so are free in the morning.

I too am finding the solitary gym routine a little staid.

Anyone up for Mon/Tue/Thu nights at FF in Sheung Wan? Mainly free weights or machines.

I do realise that, but not everybody lives the standard 9 to 5 (or 8 to 8) lifestyle.

Hey jgl

I would join you but I really hate working out at night. Maybe on the weekend sometime. Sometimes I skip a weekday and make up for it on a weekend late morning/early afternoon.
