Applying to Study at HKU

I am thinking of applying to HKU for my undergraduate studies.

However, I am uncertain of my exact immigration status.

I was born in Singapore, and my mother held HK citizenship at the time (she was born in HK). My mother and I are now Canadian citizens. Do I still have Right of Abode/Land in HK, as I was born to a HK parent, in 1989?

If so, could anybody advise me what kinds of procedures I have to go through in order apply to study at HKU without a student visa?

Can I apply for ROA/RTL from Canada, without actually going to HK?

Thanks!!

Yes, I think you have the right of Adobe in HK.
