Not sure if my spelling is correct, but I am looking for top shelf Mau Tai, the potent grain liquor favored among Chinese. When I ask in bars here in Hong Kong I get a Mai Tai, a damn fruity girly drink. So since I have to impress all my mates back home I want to send some specifically Chinese spirit none of them have tasted that will put or increase the hair on their chest. I will abstain from sending to any female friends I may wish to promote to more, even if only in my dreams

Go check out the basement supermarket at Yuwah Chinese Department Store @ Jordan MTR - they have a good range of Chinese liquor (including those with lizards in it...).

I lived in Jordon for a couple of months I was visiting Liquor Stores and did not think of looking in department stores. I had an old China hand come visit me and show me things I had walked bye many times. I cannot believe what is available that the casual observer does not see.
