We are looking at moving to Pok Fu Lam from Kowloon. Just want to know what are the rents for a 800-1000 sq ft apartment. We don't mind an older house or somewhere around Chi fu if it is cheaper. We are currently paying 8000 for a 700 sqft apt but are looking at moving to a bigger place.

Chi Fu Fa Yuen is good but the rent will not be cheap. But you can try the rental at its surrounding area. Chi Fu should be a place with good air quality and good Feng Shui.
