If anyone knows about a flat available in Kowloon, for max. 6000HKD/month, please let me know.

My office is in Salisbury Road, is there a nice area to live nearby?
( "Chinese-crowded " area is no problem, already lived in Beijing and Shanghai).

I am actually in a serviced apartment at the moment so I'm not sure whether you would get something for 6000 per month but I'm thinking that perhaps your budget is a little low. Have you tried looking on the Hong Kong craigslist http://hongkong.craigslist.org/ - worth a try.
