Hi,

I have all documents i need for my dependant visa application (for a spouse of a HK permanent resident). Do we need a cover letter to go with all documents to state who we are, and as a kindof "guide" thorugh all of the documents? Or is this not done?

Hi Gats,

I didn't bother with one, but then I sent all my things to my new manager to take to immigration. Can't imagine she did either to be honest.

I didn't bother either. In fact in the end, they didn't want any of the documentation either apart from my passprt and marriage certificate. I had been told I might need photos but it was never an issue.
