my budget is $8000 max.
any suggestions for an apartment (or service/furnished apartment) in causeway bay/north point/fortress hill?

i'd prefer that i don't need to sign a 1 year contract, but rather more like a monthly contract. but it's still fine if it's one year.

it should also be conveniently located somehow, like at least near a bus stop or mtr station.
