Do we have to book in advance to have pepsmear test done in the Family planning Association? Do they speak english? how is the doctor like?

I would also like to know where is Dr. Raymond Ng situated? Im looking for a gynea who is gentle enough when performing pepsmear, is he the gentle type or the quick type? I'm very reluctant to have it done as I feel very uncomfortable but I know I need to.
