I think it goes without saying that experience in any field counts more than qualifications. I can't offer any suggestions as to where to start but perhaps an agency can.

Is CRM still the white elephant that it used to be? I recall companies spending millions of dollars a few years ago... just like they did on SAP type projects a few years before that ... most of the projects seemed hopelessly behind schedule and over cost.

FYI .. there is an oracle users group in HK, but they've shown a fair bit of incompetance by not keeping their website live. www.hkoug.org.hk http://www.apouc.org/index.php?mo=st...gion=11&gid=73

From my experiences awhile ago, I hardly see any HK websites that is up to par. Even some big companies have website that is not updated at all or it only contains contact and a little bit of company info. Nevertheless, I will check it out... Thanks yo
