Buying Online from HK companies ... seems to be often quite a misery. I've had seriously bad experiences lately with a couple of smaller companies: I tried to subscribe to a magazine and buy some books, but both failed for one reason or another; not saying that the problem may not be also at this end - their services must work for somebody - but the experiences have been really far from seamless. Seems that there is not much incentive for retail to go online properly as the city is so densely populated and people really enjoy spending their time shoppin'? Or have you had some good online shopping experiences from local (Chinese) companies?

We do pretty well on www.shopinhk.com .... shipped close to 1200 packages this year to various people in HK, without having wasted any money on advertising ourselves in the media.

I've been very happy with Wellcome's online shopping. And with Cityline, Broadway and HKTicketing.
