| Anyone get rejected of dependent visa? I am wondering if Anyone ever got rejected of dependent visa? My bf and i are planning to get married, and then apply dependent visa for him... he went to visit me this september and planned to come again next year... then we will get married in 2008 (hopefully), i wonder if immigration ever rejected a dependent visa.. Thanks  |

| Yes, they do, but in very very exceptional and rare cases where they suspect it really isnt a until death or divorce do us apart type pact. The most common excuse they give in these cases is that the person sponsoring the visa does not have the ability to support their dependant. |
