I tried both Pricerite and Wing On - both have drills, but if you want heavy-duty drills (both corded and cordless) you can try WECL - they have a shop on Apliu Street (just a block away from the Sham Shui Po MTR station). They also do other tools etc.

Just FYI...having drilled many a HK wall, I really suggest you buy a heavy-duty hammer drill. Cordless are useless for most of the walls here & only really work for wood-work or other "softer" DIY stuff.
