Best Value Desktop Computer/Monitor?

Hello All,

I am looking to purchase a new desktop computer and monitor in Hong Kong. Either a medium to high-end spec system.
I am looking at the Dell systems and the 20 or 24 inch LCD Flat Screen monitors.
Should I consider anything better or different? And if so, where and price?
