I am looking to set up a dance studio in North Point, within walking distance of the Fortress Hill MTR. But I'd first like to see if people are interested in hiring the studio on either a casual or regular basis, e.g. for dancing practice, yoga, pilates etc. I'd expect the price be HKD150 to HKD180 per hour. Any comments or expressions of interest appreciated.
