take the KCr to Tai Wo, then get off and catch either the 64k or 25K minibus up Lam Kam Road. 25K terminates at Ng Tung Chai. 64K goes on to Yuen Long, so you will need to look for the right stop.

Hi everybody.
I confirm Pekkerhead information.
We could meet at 11 am in front of the KCR entrance in TST, the place where you validate your Octopus card.
My proposal is everyone brings a lunch, so that we can have lunch together around one of the waterfalls, or on the way.
Bring sunscreen, swimsuit, good shoes, and a lot of water!

We'll have plenty of time to walk to the Long falls, and swim
Depending on our motivation, we might even try the upper path after the Long falls, to the Straggling-Hair Falls.

And I agree with Arnaud regarding the food and the things to do there, sounds like a really good plan!

Regarding how to get there, I think we will manage, it does not look so difficult!

hey alex! count me in pls, and my friend - she's a local and didn't know there are waterfalls in HK. Which one are you going for... has anyone been? considering the level of difficulty, should we bring some helmets? hehe I've been to one that involved traverse n vertical rock climbing.. was difficult and slippery! but then that was an Outward Bound kind of trip where taking risks, team-building was the idea.

anyway I think the waterfalls are worth draggin our asses off bed early for!
