Seeking lunch buddy

Hey does anyone work in Sheung Wan? It seems everyone works in Central and altho Central is close, it's not close enough to trek to for lunch (especially when you only get an hour)...

So, if anyone else works in Sheung Wan, PM me! My co-workers are great, but I can only have lunch with the same people so many times a week before i want to kill them...

That hasn't crossed my mind so far but yeah, i sometimes just need to have a break from colleagues, crowded restaurants e.g. sharing a round table with a bunch of strangers, waiting at least 30 min. at Watami (my colleagues reckon it's worth the long queue)
It could be much more enjoyable having a Subway or something at the park.

being the neo-hippie English teacher that I am and living very close to Sheung Wan, I'd be happy to partake in gastronomic delights in the center and west of the island. What's wrong with Masala guys? I've never been there I don't think...

hehe...I haven't yet had Subway in HK..go figure. I used to eat their subs all the time when I was in the US. I guess I need to check one out...

I went to Subway in India last year. They have seperate counters for vegetarians there! I went to the veggie counter and they sent me back to the other side for my chicken tikka sub...

Yes Subways in India have separate veg/non-veg counters ..
OF coz there are reasons for the same and they have hit the right chord ..
Subway is doing great in India unlike here ..

And the Chicken teriyaki Sub is diff in diff locations .. wonder why ..

Anyways .. jayinhongkong.. how come u never said ur ok for lunch in Sheung Wan .. u always knew we work here

Any of you folks up for Malaysian stuff like Bakuteh or Malay Mama in S.W.? If yes, I can tram it down from Admiralty as it would make a nice change from the by now boring outlets all at mall level here.
