Use car options

I purchased a second hand Volvo S70 (1998) about two years ago for $45k. I just brought it to a mechanic in preparation for the annual inspection and was quoted various repairs totalling $8500. Considering that I hardly drive these days, I think I'd rather dispose of it than pay all these costs (license fee, insurance, monthly
parking, etc, etc). I imagine it won't be easy to sell directly, with the license expiring in mid-October but scrapping it seems a bit of a waste. Is there any place that will purchase used vehicles as-is for a half decent price?

c1000 : try our classifieds.

Also, try some of the expat car dealers (send a PM to teco) who can take it off your hands for a slightly discounted price.
