I would call this lady up to pick up my unwanted bulk of clothes, as far as I know that she's buying off used clothes for a HK$1 a piece and re-sell them at her shop in Ap Lei Chau, esp for the working philippino maids, at very cheap prices, let me come back with more details.....

AFAIK Chinese people have no interest in "used" clothes (or recycling, for that matter). Clothes are either turned into rags, or simply thrown out. Oxfam is famous for having incredibly stringent and high-end requirements for clothing donations.

If you want wholesale *new* clothes, there are areas in Shamshuipo/Mong Kok that deal with such things.

This is the place I believe they sell clothes at a very cheap price, because they take people's unwanted clothes at HK$1 a piece, and many of them were brand name stuff!!

I know there are a social enterprise sell second hand child suff including cloths in a very lower price. I know about $5 for one cloth or $10 for three cloths. There are still have toys as well. You can check it our in Tsim Sha Tsui.

I know they are charity organisation, making $$ for those minorities like raise $$ for injured workers. If you buy things which means you donate $$ to the minorities. That sounds good!
