If you mean exchange for cash then go to Ap Liu Street next to Shamshuipo MTR station. If you mean exchange for a new mobile most phone service provider shops will accept a trade-in. You will not get much for your old mobile if it is older than a year.

for cashing ur old cell phone, not only Ap Liu Street but also those street booth behind Mituskoshi in CWB



for trade in..(Wilson Communications) www.wilsoncomm.com.hk is also a good choice
