Question Tipping for food delivery

Hello. Just curious to know if you guys tip and if so how much for services such as 'Dial A Dinner' or 'Food by Fone?'

They charge a premium for their food as it is so I would refrain from tipping. However, I do tip a little to local fast food deliveries and sometimes pizza hut/kfc/mc donalds.

One of them does not pay the drivers ... not sure which one it is, and requests that you tip the drivers.

Don't tip

Please don't tip, ever (except the doorman of your flat)! Don't tip at restaurant, delivery, taxi, hair salon, etc... The owners of those establishments should be responsible for it. I know in europe/NA you must tip, but here in HK it isn't required. Men seem to be the biggest culprits in over-tipping. It must be an ego thing with, if we don't tip then we feel that we are a cheap-skate or the more we tip the bigger our willy is, or something like that.
