Hey geoexpats!

Have been in HK a couple of weeks. Have finally got accommodation, job etc vaguely sorted and thought it's about time I had some fun! I don't see any other activities scheduled (unless I missed it?).

So...

First, can some regular suggest a bar with a happy hour worth attending on Saturday in either Wanchai or LKF? I know my way around more or less, but have yet to suss out the eating and drinking establishments. So help me please..

Second, hands up all those that want to come? Looking forward to meeting some new people. Newbies like myself, regulars, anyone welcome.

I also may be up for a few quite drinks on Friday after work if anyone's interested?

For those for whom it matters: I'm in my mid 20's, male, New Zealander.

1) What kind of bar are you looking for? Nice wine bar, trashy sports pub...makes a difference

2) I'm going to be out and about on Saturday night with a few other buddies, so feel free to give me a shout if you need someone to have a couple drinks with! I'll PM you my number if needed.

Shutensa, should've been more specific. Somewhere where you can hear yourself speak preferably. Something in between a trashy sportsbar and nice winebar. I know there's plenty, just looking for a few ideas...
