Intermediate level junior architect, salary in hk

Hi all, I want to move to hk and work there for couple yrs, I know I proabaly need to pay double tax, to hk, and to u.s., I don't know if I can afford my living over there. So just want to ask if anyone can let me know, how's the life over there, and how much a junior architect get paid in hk.(aim on international big firm in hk)

my background is bachelor of architecture, with 2 yrs exp.of workin in residential projects (medium size to large size residential projects in california). and I can handle medium size project from design stage all the way to construction document. So more like a position of job captain. Besides English I am also fluent in speaking cantonese, mandarin. so, I don't know what chance I can get a job over there, and if i am lucky to have a job, how much i normally will get paid base on the exp. I have?

Thank you guys.

your first US$84K can be excluded from the US taxation if you reside outside of the US for 330 days out of the year...

if you are thinking of moving to HK for the salary, then it's a bad idea; especially without the MArch.

however, HK is an easy place to save money; but most expats i know aren't too good at that game.

if you plan on working for at least a year, it's not difficult to get a job.

i'm a bit vague, sorry.
