Bundaberg Rum?

I have found the Vegimite (small bottle and expensive!), the Tim Tams (a bad imitation of Australian-made ones) and where to get some good beef, but I can find where to buy a bottle of Bundy Rum. It is one part of Australia I am really missing.

Can anyone point me in the right direction? I know there are a few bars around where I can buy a drink, but am after a take-home.

I get my supply of Bundy from the City Super in Harbor City, TST. Look for the booze counter at the back and then locate a wiry older Chinese woman in her mid 40's. Ask her to order it for you. These are only sold by special order and a sp order takes a week or two.

I always have a few bottles around for those wild crazy booze nights. Bundy sure does bring back some wild memories of my teenage years in Brissie.

Real Tim Tams can be bought at GREAT in Pacific Place at Admiralty!!

Thanks Jared. Will try that. Special order? Bundy is good, but I have never heard anyone refer to it as "special".

Oz Girl - I will definitely be going there. Thanks for the tip. (Am going back to Aus a few times in November, so plan to take a large suitcase).

Ok found another place selling Bundy OP in TST. The store is on Carnavon road and is the only booze place in the area.

I remember back in the early 90's I used to order VB from a guy in North Point and lug it all the way to DB. Most people thought I was crazy.. but it was worth it

TimTams are not a joking matter! Haven't bought at Great in a while but the ones you can get at Olivers in Princes Building are a huge improvement on the regular ones around. I'll check next time I'm there to see if they're the real real deal, but they're pretty close if they're not!
