Wing Tsun training equipment

Does anybody know where I can get Wing Tsun training equipment? Any good addresses?

I'm especially looking for a wall punching bag (see pic). How much would such a wall bag in a HK martial shop cost?

Cheers,
Dicey

Oh, I used to do Wing Chun/ Tsun in Europe. It was an organisation associated with sijo Leung Ting. I think he has a school in Yau Ma Tei on Nathan Road.

I quit because the European association was asking for horrendous amounts for examination fees. And you have to take those exams to rise to a higher rank otherwise the sifus will refuse to teach you new techniques.

Anyway, my sister and her boyfriend are still into Wing Tsun. I'm actually asking for them.

Also in Europe. Why, do you want to try Wing Tsun?

Hi,

You might look in the kung fu store on Johnston Road. I would actually go on line and get something shippped if you are looking for quality.

Hi David,
Where exactly on Johston Road? And what's the name of the kung fu store?

I don't necessarily look for quality just something to dig fists into. Nevertheless which websites to you recommend?

Yes I am interested in taking up Wing Chun.
The 'Kung Fu' shop is on Johnston Road opposite the petrol station that opens out to both Johnston and Hennessy Roads in Wanchai. To be a little more vague it's just west (the 298 Computer Centre side) of the McDonalds on Johnston and right by a tram stop.

Hi dicesix,
Try www.flexiblefighter.de and you might find something of interest.

A sample of this device shown on the above-mentioned website is installed at the Ving Tsun Martial Arts Association, 4F, Flat C, 68-76 Hennessy Road, Wanchai (www.vt.com.hk).

I train with this device (and I am the Western fellow shown on the videos).

All the best for your Wing Chun journey.

Cheers
juerschue
