Hey yamarugogou! Want to send me a pm with more info about forming a band? (style of music, influences, what instruments your looking for, male/female, covers/originals, hobby etc.) I run The Underground and we have a classifieds mailing list for musiicans - so far our database has 100 of HK's bands.
