Do you have the exact address for Worldwide? I'll check it out once I know where to go.Looking to get rates down to US $0.02 min if possible. Thing about using a phone card is one still gets charged for the local call on a mobile so hard to get the all in rate down to that level. Thanks.

As far as the $48 gig that is helpful but one has to committ to 3x48 and my usage is not that heavy.

Yes, Worldwide House is a good bet.

As far as "paying" for your phone card, I would imagine the forms of negotiable instruments (check, money order, cash, etc.) are acceptable.
