My family (with two kids) will be in Hong Kong for 5 months and we are not covered by our health insurance for overseas. Any thoughts as to the best/most affardable international health insurance plan or travel insurance?

Will you have HK ID cards? (In other words, what type of visa are you coming on?)

If you do then the emergency health care is essentially free, so unless you are significantly below averagely healthy insurance is not likely to make sense.
