Anyone know where to buy some good grip trainers? I'm looking for captains of crush, but I'll take any other recommendations. Those average ones in most sports stores just aren't worth it.

Hi, I know of no place in Hong Kong to purchase a good set of grippers. Just mail-order them; I did and they arrived without problem - though I was in Taiwan at the time. I have the #1, #2 and the little blue springs for some progressive resistance. They are great. Until then you can always try farmer's walks, dumbell holds, plate pinch holds, hub holds, and such if you are at a gym with the right equipment.
