Second hand clothes and books??

I'm leaving Hong Kong soon and there are some lady's clothes/shoes and books (mainly novels) that I don't want to bring back to Europe, mainly because of overweight reasons... Would you know of any place where I could bring these second hand (although not in bad shape) clothes and books?

Many thanks!

If you have a helper they will normally be very happy to take any second hand clothes (particularly if they are of a "practical" style) for reuse back home.

Just get some new clothings! If you are not looking into superbrands, new ones are just as cheap (especially they always seem to be on sale)!!

I had a few suitcase full of reference books...sadly the Public Libraries in HK don't take books...I had tried and their reply was,"We have funding to make our purchase every year."

I incidentally found out the KCRC Customer Service Counter take books regardless of quantity, as long as they are not magazines or comic books. They will then give the books to the less fortunate in town.

And the books to the English Speaking Dept at the YWCA
