What Hong Kong SIM CARD "package" is the best (and cost-effective) for short-term local use only?

I have no use for international calls. I plan to use mostly text messages in the local HONG KONG area. I may send/recieve local calls occasionally but will mostly depend on SMS.

Remember it's for short use only. I'll be in HK only for a few weeks (3-6) and I will pay visit to Macau and Taipei (and will need short-term SIM CARD service there as well).

So, what SIM CARD is right for me?

cerberus is an unknown quantity at this point.
smartone-vodafone PayGo...$100 increments, $0.15 per minute, $0.50 SMS's, can call overseas and presumably voice mail too if you get it nowadays.

MotoHK is infamous around these partsMotoHK is infamous around these parts
Sunday. I checked out Smartone. Sunday is $0.12 / min and $5/ mo for voice mail. Plus it is auto deducted ea month. W/ Voda you got to call in and pay $15/ mo. Choice is obvious. If you are only going to make a few calls but want it for emergencies and want to avoid a SARS infected pay phone its a wise choice. $48 plan Super Value.
