there might be some alternatives, but i suggest we plan an initial get together first. it could have the theme "introduction" or something, and during the time we converse none other than Japanese (or perhaps, a lil bit English?) to introduce ourselves.

we could discuss the next meeting and further development from there.

I am a Japanese and can contribute some. As I am pretty busy traveling around, I can not commit to join regularly, but if I have time to join the meeting, we can talk in Japanese.
