Pre-paid mobile data sim cards?
Do any providers sell pre-paid sim cards that can get GPRS or other mobile data service?

I did some searching and ended up getting Smartone-Vodafone Mobile Broadband Flexi, it is no contract (or HK ID), and it is prepaid.
