Hi everyone,

I'll be working in the Admiralty area from early October. I'm looking for a clean, modern partially furnished 1 bedroom apartment in the Sheung Wan area. A high floor, and proximity to the MTR station would be a big plus. I don't need a big place (500 sq foot or so is fine), and I'm hoping to spend about 8-10K. Does anyone have any recommendations? Thanks!

I'm trying to get one also but the only thing the real state broker showed me was Queen's Terrace...
Any body know about it? Is it good to live?

Doubt if you can get anything in Queen's terrace for 9-10k...

Hey, I am leasing my apartment. It is 500 sq. ft. (2 rooms) and it locates right above Fortress Hill MTR station. I am moving ealier than I planned but my apartment is in fixed contract until the end of 2006.
